Montecerboli was a town already high medieval age, which was built to a castle from 1003, which can still observe the remains of walls and a gateway. The surrounding area is crossed by a volcanic phenomenon that is called boric acid fumaroles, which are able to issue from underground gas and vapors from which you can draw ammonia and substances based on boron, using a geothermal energy.
